They did a great job on my water heater install and came out the same day. I called them. Work past regular hours just to get the job done. Definitely recommend and will use again. I even overheard the lead plumber, teaching the younger apprentice as he went along, which is always a huge plus in my book.

He cares about the job he wants it done right. He installed gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine that was on the second floor. Best job ever

My sump pump stopped working with all of the rain we’ve been having. This was causing water to come into my basement. Hayes plumbing gave me great same day service and replaced old pump. They were very responsive on phone (Theresa) and got me scheduled in just a few hours. It is such a relief to have things working again. What great customer service from all. The happy ending to this story is that I’ve now found a dependable plumber that I know I can rely on in the future if necessary. I highly recommend this company.

Had to replace an old rusted pipe that was leaking. Irvin showed up when he said he would. Did a beautiful job. His rate is almost half of what another plumber who quoted me. Highly recommend!!

5 stars is honestly not enough stars. Picture this: 4pm Christmas Eve. My parents come home to a collapsed ceiling in the bathroom, water everywhere. They panic. I start frantically calling 24 hour hour plumbers in the Easton/St Michaels area (spoiler alert: most of the top search results were not in fact 24 hour plumbers and told us they couldn’t help until 2 days later). I get through to Irvin and he graciously agreed to send out a team to the house. ON CHRISTMAS EVE. The crew was so incredibly kind to my parents, not only did they address the plumbing issue but stayed behind to help with a substantial portion of clean up and damage control. I wholeheartedly recommend Irvin – thank you for being such a wonderful and caring business in the community!

Mr. Hayes is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything before he does it. Gives options and does very good work.
