Called for a clog that I had on Monday morning and they where at my house within 15 minutes Chuck and Lucas was outstanding very professional I would recommend Twigs Plumbing for anything they are awesome thank you guys !!!!!!

The star is only for the guys, because the actual plumbers were pleasant to work with. However, I will absolutely use someone else in the future mainly because of the office chick. I called with a question about billing, instead of calmly talking it through with me, she immediately got an attitude (like how dare I question anything). Instead of really listening to anything I had to say, she was yelling at me and literally told me to never call them again. All because I was questioning 30 minutes. Since you didn’t feel the need to really listen to me, basically accused me of lying and saying my time frame was “impossible”.. From my house to your office is 30 minutes round trip. The second your truck pulled into my driveway I started a stopwatch to keep track of time, so that I would have a better idea of what the total bill would be. From the time they pulled into my driveway, to the time they left was 59 minutes. So they were only physically at my house for an hour, add the 30-minute travel time and you get a grand total of 1.5 hours. I was billed for 2 hours. I was not trying to say that your guys were lying, you didn’t even let me finish what I was trying to say. In general it could have been chalked up to a simple misunderstanding/miscommunication, and maybe a refund of $50 for that extra 30 minutes, and you could have had a loyal customer. Instead you decided to treat me like garbage and literally told me to never call you again. Immediately getting irate with me because I dared to question anything, was completely uncalled for especially when I was calm the entire time. That is not how you treat a first time customer who is looking for some clarification. To be completely transparent.. Did I start to get a little heated? Yes I did, but only near the end of the call. And instead of going back and forth or continuing to be berated by you, I agreed with you that I should absolutely call somebody else next time, and hung up. Highly unprofessional. A heads up to anyone else thinking about using them…. Be aware that you will be charged the hourly rate starting when they leave their office, and ending when they return to their office. No matter how long that travel time takes them.. apparently they don’t use 68 (office chicks words) so I guess they take the long way everywhere they go.

The guys are nice but they replaced a valve and re-used the old nut. It cracked and now I am cleaning a flooding basement.

Good staff all around. Friendly, polite and got the job done. I want to thank the crew today for solving the problem and even went the extra mile and shoveled my driveway. Kindness won the day for me and I thank you very much for that.

My landlord wouldn’t include me in the conversation and I remember this outfit from Petersburg WV and they are just disgusting people who say things about you personally that aren’t true. How do I know they didn’t lie . The people in the housing authority have touch power over the decisions you can make when there is a sewer gas smell, have a lung problem. I never spoke to anyone personally.
