Rick responded right away when I called about a possible frozen pipe. He identified the problem (not a frozen pipe thankfully) and he educated me on preventive measures for winterizing our home. Glad our issue wasn’t more serious, but if it had been, I’m confident Rick would’ve solved it!

Outstanding customer service and professional work. Rick and Blair were able to install a new water heater on short notice and in bad weather. They took care of my emergency within 4 hours removing and installing a water heater up and down two flights of stairs. The employees at this business are friendly and honest. I immediately could tell they take PRIDE in the quality of their service and work.
