Showed same day for a well pump replacement and we had water by 4pm. It’s obviously hard to be out of water but it’s an even harder to run a business doing same day service but he pulled it off. Owned and operated a construction company for 20 years with excellent customer service so I know all too well.

Jim and his crew are great! Cleaned up like they were never even here. Main water line leaking outside our new home right before holidays a little stressful, but these guys set us at ease, did an outstanding job and price was great and true to our estimate. Thank you !!

Jim and his crew replaced an outdoor deck drain and installed a pipe in the riverbed! Every time we call them they do a Fantastic job 👏 our only go to plumber!! They have solved many issues for and and always do a professional job.

Where do I start…. We have a pretty important party coming up in two days for Memorial day…. our power washer used a bit too much water and burnt up our well pump. We called Pipes R Us and they were here within an hour, assessed the situation and came back back few hours later to replace the bad well pump. So here I am now sitting down for dinner and these guys are outside in a thunderstorm getting this well pump taken care of…. Hands down better service then we could have ever asked for. These guys know how to take care of their customers. We have used them several times in the past and EVERY time we have had an equally pleasant experience. I would HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone that is looking for a competent, punctual and fair plumber.
