Devin came out with the right equipment, understood what needed to be done, and did it in 45 min. The previous day, I had a different company try to put a camera down drain with no luck and tried to do the same thing as Devin but did not have the right equipment. That company charged $425 and did not fix it. John L’s Devin did the job in 45 min and cost me less than $130. Customer for life now!! Great job, Devin.

Carl was my plumber. He was punctual, informed me every step of the way, courteous and figured out the problem quickly. He was able to fix it the same day. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I will definitely be using this company again.

I am new to Slidell. I enjoy helping the elderly I called this plumbing company to ask for help with a older person‘s plumbing just her toilet is stopped up she is disabled, and her husband served our country and died for our country and I asked them to donate Help with her toilet being stopped up and they said no they don’t help or donate any time to help people so basically if I was y’all considering hiring these people, I would remember that these people can care less about people that are disabled, or that her husband served our country for 20 years and died for our country please reconsider hiring these people God bless

Rob was my technician and he called before the appointment to confirm, arrived on time, was courteous and professional, offered expert service, a fair price and was a pleasure to work with. He installed my bidet attachment in less than 20 minutes and educated me on the operation process. Great service and a great Team! Highly recommended!!

I called for possible service. They stated that they could be out today, but that it might run into overtime. She stated that their regular rate was around $135 an hour, but that if it ran into overtime I would have to pay them $200 an hour plus parts. I TOLD THEM. I’D PASS.
