Extremely disappointed with my experience. I called the office because I had a leaking water line . A representative from Pete’s plumbing came to my house to inspect the issue . I walked the guy around the property explaining to him where the water line was leaking . The worker told me I must have a leak detection , which he said would cost $525.00 .I reached out to a different company. There was not a service charge for the guy to inspect my property. The very same leak detection and the company providing the leak detection was the same . However the major difference was in price . The leak detection cost was far less than the $525.00 that Pete’s plumbing wanted to charge me . Not to mention I did not have to pay a $125.00 service fee .

This review is solely based on customer service. I work for a company and had a same day emergency pop up. I had to call several places to find someone available and although we went with another company (due to availability), I spoke with Melanie who was sooooo professional, kind, from the initial time we spoke, and diligently followed up and did her best to accommodate our needs. I’m keeping them as a back up and will definitely call them first next time. If their service is anything like their customer service, I’m am sure they do top tier work! Thanks Melanie!

We have used Pete’s Plumbing multiple times in the past year, for shower leaks, replacing vanities and hooking up water, fixing toilet running issues, disposal issues etc. They are always professional, fair, friendly, and reliable. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure the work is done and the problem was fixed. The customer service has always been amazing and their pricing has always been fair. I highly recommend Pete’s plumbing to anyone that needs any type of plumbing service.

Pete and his team got me out of a plumbing pickle, and I am tremendously grateful for their truly professional approach to all aspects of the job. Pete himself is so calm, thoughtful, responsive and warm, and his wealth of experience and deep expertise resolved a tough situation quickly and thoroughly.
