Very quick response time and got my septic tank pump replaced same day- within hours! Very reasonable pricing and Shannon and Elliott were very kind and professional! Will definitely use again if needed in the future! Thank you all!

Lot of folks may not know but K Jon handles up on septic systems and they do a fine job ! These guys were done in an hour and at a great price . Highly recommend them .

I called KJon after getting nowhere with plumbers. The secretary answered all my questions and put me on the books for the next day. Mr Ange and his crew showed up and I explained what was happening. After just a few minutes they found problem and fixed it in a snap. But also noticed another problem I had in yard that I hadn’t noticed. He told me what it needed and he would send out a different crew the next day to fix that problem. As promised they showed up, with Mr Ange, early and got to work quickly. Kudos to the man on the backhoe. He was so accurate with everything he did. After job was finished they loaded up and left. Mr Ange stayed behind a few minutes and explained more of what they did, signs to look for, etc. Wonderful man! He even called me twice at different times to check on pump and infiltrator and were there any issues. Everything is working great 👍 Thank you so much KJon for your service, work and followup. I highly recommend 👌

Once they were finally able to come out they went straight to work.. Found out sump pump was bad & had another employee on way to fix that issue.. Had me up & running by afternoon.. Other note.. It is cheaper to change pump yourself if you have the time.

Came the next day after I called, the owner and another guy came. Fixed our septic issue, quick. Not a bad price and very happy it got done quickly!
