I woke up to a leaking water heater. The water shut off was not functional.When I ask a friend who to call, he recommended Steele and Allbritten. I called and, because it was leaking, they came that afternoon. Tim and Keatyn were professional and worked quickly. It cost a bit more than I anticipated, but it was worth it to have the work done by true professionals. I will definitely use them again.

I had them out to work on a stopped up toilet. Austin and the young guy with him found the main water line under the house and cleaned it out. They also checked to drain for the shower and reworked to sink in the vanity and it has never drained so quickly. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work they did, I highly recommend the, thank you.

Well they fixed the problem and came quickly so I am giving them stars for that. BUT I was told on the phone that it was going to be $105 an hour. The guy was here for less than 30 minutes and hooked up a hose to my water heater to clean something out. They tried to charge me $260 for 1.5 hours of work and $50 because they used a hose. I do feel like they tried to “pull one over on me” and that bothers me a lot. I called and they adjusted to the time but said it was a minimum of $105 plus the $50 because he used a hose. He also left a big mess! I will try a different company if I need a plumber in the future.

We contacted Justin to talk about getting a pool put in on our property. At first our experience was great. We live 35 min away from their business. He was a little slower to call us back. But it’s understandable till it wasn’t. Justin came to our property and spoke to my husband they discussed what we wanted and we had pretty well decided to go with them as our pool supplier till when he said he’d email us a official quote in a week or so… never heard back. Sent him an email saying her don’t forget about us. And still radio silence, I could understand if we were rude but honesty we weren’t. We were patient with his time lines as we know this is a import process and it takes time. But he just outright ghosted us. Obviously did not want our business because we weren’t going to spend 100k on a pool which was disappointing. I would love to support a smaller business but evidently he didn’t want our business. We had to move on to a large chain company further away who was more than willing to respond to us and help us with any questions. I did not feel a 1 star rating was warranted as he did the initial come out and look at our property blah blah but after that just completely ignored us which is why the low rating.
