After calling one of the big plumbing companies (that shall remain nameless) and getting an exorbitant estimate that didn’t seem anywhere near in the ballpark, I called Brainer for a second opinion. Not only were my suspicions confirmed that I was getting gouged by the previous company, turns out that their quote was 5 times what Brainer charged to fix my plumbing issue on the first visit. The price was fair, the tech was friendly, and I highly recommend Brainer and will use them again.

I have never done any plumbing business with them but their driver was extremely rude, he cut me off and then proceeded to yell at me. I would never use their plumbing business after that interaction.

Plumber was rude and put out having to be at my house doing work. My sink top was placed crooked on the cabinet base. For $450.00 to install a toilet and sink they could have done a good job and not be put out to have to work. Also nicked my newly painted wall. Not great work mostly due to hurrying. I will not be using them again.

We’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with this company. Had them out several times. Quick to respond, and do the job right every time. Plumbers are knowledgeable, professional, and Jeannie in the office is pretty fun to talk to. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about Brainer & Brown. They came highly recommended by a family member. We have used their services for minor plumbing issues over the past year, and always have a prompt response and immediate resolution of the problem. Today was an actual plumbing emergency, as our water heater finally decided to give out and additionally began to flood in the basement. Jeanie quickly got to work for us and began making calls to get a plumber to our house. Within an hour she had a workman en route. The water heater itself was replaced and a new one up in running within hours! It is always a pleasure to work with Jeanie, Drew and Jamie!! They do excellent, prompt work at a fair price. Highly recommend!

One of the Owners seamed like a person who I would deal with on a regular basis. But come to find out, exact opposite of what I thought. He’s belligerent, uses very foul language, probably the furthest thing from a Christian that ever walked the face of the Earth

Water leak was coming from inside plumbing pipes held together with a clip behind the drywall. The clip holding pipes together broke and cut into the pipe causing a leak. Jamie was quick and timely cutting the water off and fixing the repair. This is my second time using Brainer & Brown Plumbing for another excellent experience,

Brainer and Brown installed all the plumbing fixtures in our new home and have been great to work with. We had an issue after we moved in and they were quick to come and get it resolved.
