My husband asked that I contact a plumber because water was backing up into our yard from a cleanout. I read through the reviews and decided to give Plumbing Solutions a try. We have not historically had great experiences with plumbers, but we really liked Aaron. I didn’t feel like it was an emergency, so I made an appointment for next day. They called before they came out. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour or so. (I was not watching the clock closely, but I know they were quick!) My husband asked some additional questions about the issue. Aaron was knowledgeable and did not try to recommend services that would further increase our cost. He also gave us some advice for prevention, which we appreciated. We will definitely contact Plumbing Solutions again for our plumbing needs! **Edit** A year later, we called Plumbing Solutions for a hammering sound coming from our plumbing. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and it was affordable. We asked him if he could address a couple of other concerns while he was here. Both of those issues were also addressed quickly. Both were also affordable. Very thankful for his hard work today.

We had a busted pipe and they were able to fix the pipe that day. Once they got to my house, the problem was fixed within 40 minutes. Very knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. Will definitely be calling back for any other plumbing needs in the future.

They refused to honor warranty work after originally telling me they would do the job. I provided a reciept showing a 1 year extended warranty on top of the 5 year standard warranty they said all of their work comes. A few days later I get an email saying that they would not warranty the work and then offered to fix it for over double the original price i paid the first time. When I asked what the missunderstanding was about the extended warranty I never heard from them again, even after calling the owner would never return my calls. I ended up digging the pipe up myself and found the coupler they installed slipped off the underground pipe causing the leak. Never again will I believe people about how great there warranties are when pricing out work.

Messed up my fence and dug out my cherry tree with no notice while working on the neighbor’s yard. I could have saved my tree. Yes, I contacted the office and was told that no notice is the standard, but they were sorry. I contacted the City’s Right of Way Utility Coordinator and was told that notice is given unless it’s an emergency. This was a scheduled job. Other plumbers give notification.
