The $69 “tune-up” doesn’t tune anything up. They advertise “world class” tune-up…it’s just an INSPECTION! Don’t scam people, if you’re just doing an inspection, call it a $69 inspection.

Terrible experience. June 22 spent $300 to have them replace 1ft of a 2ft plastic pipe running from hot water heater. Why they didn’t replace all 2ft I have no idea. They wanted $500 if I wanted a warranty. I figured what could go wrong. Well July 17th a hole sprung below where they replaced less than a month ago. Called them and they send the same guy out Skler Lennan and he said $500 and I can replace the whole 2ft pipe. I said I don’t understand why you didn’t do that last month. He said you didn’t want the warranty. You never said anything about patching just warranty or no warranty. I replaced the entire pipe for $28. Great customer service Hamilton and Skyler. Never again.

The technicians that installed my new furnace and A/C unit were Jeff and Ernie. I found both to be excellent in performing the task and explaining the process. They completed the project in only 5 hours which I found to be remarkable. They were attentive to safety and careful with bringing the units into my home and moving up and down stairs. Everytime I checked on progress they were thorough in explaining what steps they were taking. They also trained me in use of the new equipment. They made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. They were both excellent. I rate them A+++. Alan Garcia did the 6-month Inspection for my new furnace unit. I was impressed with his thoroughness. He explained each test as he was performing it. He answered several questions that I had. I am an Engineer and have a desire to understand my new HVAC unit. I was also impressed that Alan was so personable. Steffan Riley was both personable and quite professional. I had Lance Salwa for repairs on my kitchen sink. He saw the issue and responded with a cost effective solution. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, Hamilton was very easy to deal with. The Electrician, Angelo, was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Once the problem was diagnosed he went to work to get it fixed in a timely manner.

This company will offer a deal, come out and say something is wrong and not be able to do the full job, then say it’s going to cost 5k+ on an issue that wasn’t on my property. Don’t trust this company and always get a second opinion before anything.
