Matthew was awesome to work with. He fixed our clogged drain in the kitchen and also fixed a humming sound coming from the pipes. The humming sound was outside the initial scope of work but Matthew had no issues with helping. The owner is lucky to have Matthew on the team!

Scott arrived before scheduled time and checked our dead water heater. He quoted the cost of replacement. We agreed that he could start the work. He arrived with the new heater and it was installed within a hour. He was was very friendly and polite. We will surely call Bright Side and ask for Scott if we ever have any plumbing issues, again. I loved that there was no charge for a diagnosis charge with the visit, which I found unusual. Thank you for your good customer service.

Had a sewer issue. Edward came out right away . He was professional and knowledgeable and presented us with 4 options for the repairs with no pressure. I would definitely recommend Bright Side and Edward.
