They don’t service the area they say online. They only service the city of Sioux City. Hopefully they will update their information.

Received a notice from the City of a water main break at one of my properties. I called 6 plumbers to get it fixed. Some were too busy to fix and many did not work on mains. The call taker at Wrenns said they did not work on mains, but instead of hanging up and leaving me hanging, she took the time on her own to give me recommendations of companies that work on mains. Thank you!!!!

Wrenn’s Plumbing provides excellent service and has been very accommodating in scheduling service for emergencies. The professionalism of the staff is exceeded only by how pleasant they are when scheduling and providing the service requested. I strongly recommend Wrenn’s.

Had a Water Heater replaced under warranty from Wrenns Plumbing and Heating. I received a bill for 2.5 hours of labor when the installer was here for less than an hour. Called to discuss this with the billing office and was given several excuses. They have lost a customer for shady billing practices.

Jesse did a great job on our new bathroom in the basement. As well as installing a new hot water heater. Very professional and good at his job. I highly recommend Wrenn’s Plumbing and would definitely be a return customer.
