We had a plumbing leak from a pinhole leak and they were able to offer same day service for us. This is not the first time it has happened and they always fit us in either same day or next day and do quality work in a reasonable amount of time!!!

Faucet was installed upstairs. I assumed correctly. Left for three plus hours and came back to the connection leaking throughout the finished basement. Drywall sagging, carpet soaked and actively pouring water from the ceiling. I shut off the water supply. Called at least 15 times starting at 325pm. Left several messages. As of writing this at 745 am the next day, I have yet to receive a call back. Supposedly open till 5pm daily.

Had them replace water heater I bought from local store. Installer was very nice and professional. Only complaint is thought I’d have my son and I help to get job done quicker and move old water heater up from basement to back of van and clean up, set new one in, etc. Still charged full installation price.

They sent two of their men out to install a whole new air conditioning system. They did the big part of the job and said their boss would be out to finish the job. Well, instead they sent another company out and that man didn’t know how to do his job. He had to sit in his car and read a book in order to figure out how to finish the job. Needless-to-say we had ac for 1 day and then it quit. But, Prescott and Sons came out as soon as we called and fixed the problem. It has been fine since.

Hired them to sweat weld a tub faucet. The fau etc still leaks to this day. Have been here three times and no one attempted to even fix it. Paid for the service already. One time a plumber that tore my gas pipes up in my basement that use to work for Morningside plumbing showed up working for them. I asked them to have hi. Leave and not return. Prescott himself stuck up for this creepy plumber who was cussing, hitting things in my home, tore my hot water heater up made me pay for a new one. Warning
