Do yourself a favor do not have smiths sewer do any work for you they came 3 times and 800 dollars later the sewer line is worse when they said it was fixed. They also lied twice about sending someone to my home they are not reliable I am going to file a small claims against them they have no clue what they are going so don’t hire them. I am going to add this weekend we discoved the last guy from smiths that was here did not put the plug back in one of the plugs when he was done causing even more issues very sloppy work. You better get your act together if you want to stay in business there a lot of other company’s that people can call to have their sewer work done.

Steve and Rob from Smith’s sewer came to my house to unplug a sewer line. They explained to me what they were going to do and also showed me what was happening down inside the pipe. They were both knowledgeable and polite. They even found a way to save me money. And on top of all that.. helped tidy up the toilet bowl that had been bothering me. I highly recommend Steve and Rob for any sewer needs. Steve even took the time to clean out my gutter. I am very grateful for their service. They were fantastic!

Smith did a fine job hydro jetting our pipes. Pipes were cleaned and they gave us a video of it. However, they showed up over three hours late.

Had the line cleaned and running well in about an hour. Area was left very clean when they were done. Smith Sewer always does a great job.

Our servicer, Steven Clark, went above and beyond with helping us with a sewer drain cleaning. He was extremely professional, explained things thoroughly, and helped give solutions that didn’t break the bank. I’ve worked with many other guys with cleaning drain lines but he was hands down the best! Definitely will be calling to ask for him every time – very impressed.
