Nolan went right to work and solved the problem between the house and street. He used a camera which gave me valuable insight to both the problem, and the condition of our sewer line. In addition, Nolan recommended a product to help with our root problem. He quickly fixed the trouble we had, and was very courteous and professional. This was money well spent.

I have used Ben Franklin in the past for remodel work and have always had great experiences. This time we had an emergency that left us without water until a repair could be done. The office receptionist was very friendly (Kendra? Kiera?) and Josue was fast, friendly and professional. Ben Franklin gives pricing options up front, and I have never had a surprise bill at the end. I have had 4-5 different Ben Franklin technicians with our various projects, and all have been professional (appearance, demeanor, no use of foul language, etc). Highly recommend.

Nolan made quick work of a bad situation. he was quick and efficient in replacing the water heater. Kind, and a nice kid. The darn water heater weighed more than him! But he maneuvered it like a pro. Do what you got to do to keep Nolan at One Hour!
