They attempted to replace outdoor faucet…and failed. Came to check what was wrong, failed to find the problem. The replacement had been drilled into when they predrilled holes for screws. They never tested their fix under pressure.

I would rate 0 if I could because, not only did they promise to come out a couple days ago and I can understand another job making them late but 3-4 hours later with no word and I had to call them twice to even get a status of what was going on. I was told they would come out the next day in the morning because “that’s just the nature of the business” and they would call me in the morning. I did not get a call and now they are ignoring my calls. Worst service or lackthereof .

I had called other services before I called Harrah’s. I didn’t get a hold of people or it was going to take several days for them to come out and look at my toilet. I was surprised when Harrah’s said they could come that within a couple of hours. They were in and out quickly and got the problem fix. Best Service! I will call again if I have any further issues.

We had an appointment today March 8; 2019 for Harrahs plumbing to come and fix our issue as we cannot use our kitchen sinks or laundry washer. I am very upset and disappointed as nobody showed up. Therefore, had to call and get someone out here tomorrow on a weekend which will probably cost us more being a Saturday but we have no choice. I woill never recommend this plumbing company again. You evidently cannot depend on them. Would have been nice to have at least received a call that they weren’t coming since my husband left work early for this.

Tony Shipman is connected also with Precison Mechanical in Sullivan. Tony agreed to show multiple times after paying him $4,000 in June. He always sent his crew to do the jobs; we never saw him again after June. We paid him to do a big job, I do not recommend him for big jobs because there is poor communication which falls under indiana code deceptive practices act. (Due to ratings, he appears to keep his word with smaller jobs).We extended mercy 60 days past the 90 day contract and the job is still incomplete and some work they did will not pass indiana building inspection. I appreciate the work his crew did, they seem stressed but Noah and Eddy (work for Tony) they are hard-workers and we appreciate their efforts. We hope and pray they grow in communication and honesty.

Set up appointment on a Thursday for Friday afternoon. Never showed up, no call saying they weren’t going to be there. Finally called Friday afternoon and they said they would still come out and never showed up. And still never got a call.
