Unfortunately the management of this place just seems to get worse. While I know their technical staff who are great getting management to even call you back. Well your odds of winning the lottery are better.

They charged me $213.38 to come back and caulk around the furnace and they did the installation. They also said the heat pump will be loud in heat pump mode and no option to fix it. Not a company you would working for you. They will never be back working for me.

Very very impressed with b&s. We’ve had two companies come in and tell me that it was just sweating pipes. The problem just kept growing. The gentlemen came immediately said we had a leak under the house and went under the crawlspace and fixed it. No messing around just identified and fixed. We are very impressed and will call them for all of our future needs

Charged me $200 to NOT fix the problem and refer me to another company. I understand their time isn’t free but if you’re going to charge $100/hour to not fix something, that needs to be disclosed so I can find another company that won’t swindle me. Then they sent me someone else’s bill and didn’t return my multiple voicemail messages. The man that came to my house was great! But there is no reason why you should be charging $100/hour to NOT FIX the problem!

I had just lost my husband and he wasn’t happy with the fact I had to much in his way,and I needed a shut off valve changed and he wouldn’t do it, I had to get another contractor in the house the same day
