Called Sat morning as we had a small flood starting in basement from sewer back up. They were right on it and within an hour they were there. Turned out it was tree roots in sewer line. The guy they sent out was very professional and had us up and running in no time. Can always depend on Goshen Plumbing and Heating to get the job done.

Called this Business around the 4th of January to have a quote done for a Water Heater at the business I work at was told a gentleman would come out and do a quote in either a day or two, no big deal considering it was just after the holidays the guy (Doyle) came out the next day (5th) looked into it and never got back ahold of us after a week I called in on the 14th to see how just a quote was coming along and was told he (Doyle) had been super busy and he would definitely have a quote for me by the next day the 15th which would be on a Friday Still didn’t hear anything back so called again today the 18th at 1:10PM to be told by Stacy she would look into it and give me a call back…. now as I stated when I called if they weren’t interested in changing a small 6 gallon water heater I understand and it wouldn’t matter but they said they would have no problem doing that I mean they could have saved us all a lot of trouble and I could have searched another source if they truly just aren’t interested in doing this kind of work truly a let down and shows a true decline in my opinion in their Business Ethics and Customer Support.

This happened a few years ago, but it still bothers me. I heard an add on the radio for a furnace inspection. I called and asked if I could please get my furnace inspected. The lady said “We don’t do furnace inspections goodby sir” ‘click’. I thought I must have heard the radio spot wrong, or been confused somehow. Nope, I heard the add again and they clearly said to call for a furnace inspection. I continued to hear that add for some time and it burned me up every time I heard it. No, I didn’t call the wrong number, the lady clearly identified GOSHEN PLUMBING AND HEATING when she answered.

Serviceman called when furnace didn’t work. They showed up that day. Friendly and professional.
