On July 10, 2024, I had water in my basement from a failed sump pump. Chad came out to assess the situation. It seemed to be just in the pump area. While here the new pump came and was installed. After it was done, I was informed there was water at the steps. I thought it was from our feet. I went downstairs and oh my, there was more water. Caught the installer before he left. I then called Chad, he said he was sending the guys over right away. We all got to my home at the same time. In the basement they went to work to find where the water was. After that they were great at helping move ALL my stuff. I’m a crafter and have a lot of stuff. I wanted to cry. But we got it all done. Chad talked to the insurance company. Chad gave him the plan and knew what he was doing. I later talked to the insurance company. They were totally impressed by his knowledge and plan on handling the situation. The gentleman didn’t leave until everything was done, carpet and pad ripped up, fans and humidifiers were setup. I choose to have the carpet taken up. They were great. The next day they came back to check out how everything was drying. Some areas were dried and others still wet. Was hoping the bar flooring and storage room’s flooring wouldn’t need picked up. The trim was coming off today. Today they came and checked the drying again. The baseboards were taken off and the storage room flooring was taken up. The bar floor came up too. They cleaned up the damaged items and took them with them. I can’t believe how much time and care they are taking to get my basement back into shape after the water damage. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful they’ve been. They have worked very hard and I would use them again. I hope I never have basement water damage again. But if I do have damage I will be calling them. A big thank you to the team!! Jeanine McComb

The team came out the same day I called to consult about a backed up sewage issue I was having my basement. The next day they came back and fixed the issue along with explaining, in detail, every step of the process. They even had the patience to answer questions from my young sons and showed them the camera on the drain snake. Highly recommended and will use again in the future for any needs.

Roto-Rooter was just great! We called and they arrived within 20 minutes. Tomas attempted to resolve the problem but it appeared it was more involved and required additional work. Matt came out the next day and a proposal was offered and the work began the following morning. The problem was found quickly requiring less work than expected. This was good news and looking forward to a revised cost of repairs. Tomas and Rob treated this as more than a job and wanted to resolve this dilemma. They were very professional and friendly and understood all of my concerns. A neighbor had used this company as well and recommended them. I agree and would recommend this company to everyone that has a need for their services. The problem is resolved and it was done very quickly. How could you ask for more?
