Had them replace our water heater and they were the cheapest out of 6 other companies. Randall was professional and installed quickly. I’ve read other reviews and Randall is not rude.

I called Sikma after being referred from my heating and air conditioning service…..BIG MISTAKE! The man who called told me that he would contact me after he finished another job. He called back around 3pm and kept beating around the bush asking questions wondering if I needed another hot water heater, and if he comes to turn off the water then, “you’ll have to pay me, we are the cheapest “. I got the impression that he didn’t want to come out to look at it. After all his talking and going in circles, he asked for pictures, by then it was 4pm. Fortunately I called another reliable plumbing company, I’m having the new water heater put in today at a very reasonable price. Won’t call Sikma again.

Huge shout out to Sikma Plumbing from Dyer Indiana (Randall and Cameron). Water heater dies on Saturday night and by 10:15 Monday morning we are back in business.

Randall came to service my grandmas sink and was very rude and unprofessional towards her. She was asking questions to get a better understanding of what was wrong with her pipes and he was answering her is a dismissive way like he didn’t want to be there. Literally blaming her for clogging her own sink. Do better and don’t blame your own customers.

Outstanding service. Randall is exceptional. He took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be done and then showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone. Finished the job within 30 minutes. Thank you Randall.

We thought our 8 year old water heater needed to be replaced with water pooling under it. Turns out it was just the expansion tank, much less expensive! All employees were personable & professional. Appreciated they left our space as clean as before.
