Michael did a great job moving and installing a new tankless water heater. Especially when he was finished, but I had improperly explained what I needed, he quickly solved and corrected the issue

Michael was awesome as he came out to look at our sump pump. He checked it out and replaced our battery on the backup sump pump. He was very knowledgable and passionate about explaining what he did and that all of our questions were answered. He has a friendly personality that makes you feel like family. Michael is a true jewel and Bear is lucky to have him.
