2024 Addendum: We had another great experience yesterday! In the morning, our old gas water heater was finally dead; and leaking a stream of water. We called Seriously 24/7 by 10 am and they came out by 1 pm the same day. After giving us a quote for a new water heater, they were back by 3 pm and had the new one fully installed before 6 pm. Antoneo and Jalen were both extremely courteous and professional. And their installation work is excellent. Very pleased. 2021 Review: Dan and Anthony did a stellar job installing a new water heater in our home. Excellent advice and a range of proposals to solve our need for lots of hot water to supply a double shower. Very careful about cleanup afterwards and about masks/Covid. Well done!

Be careful using this company. We had a hose bib break and flood our crawlspace. The tech literally used duct tape to hold the tubing together instead of actual clamps. It broke 4 different times, reflooding the crawlspace. Eventually I had to climb into my flooded crawl space and repair the hose bib and sump pump myself. The salesperson that came out first wanted $2300 to replace our sump pump that was not broken (but did have a loss of power). When we declined, he told us we could pay $1346 to rent a pump. When he returned a couple days later to collect the supplies, and I brought up the issue, I was told I had to sign the satisfactory agreement before he would leave. Overall, I paid this company over $1000 to end up doing the work myself. It ended up being a minor issue, but I will not use this company again and could not recommend them. Next time I recommend CJ Well or Cornwall. They have taken care of customers well.

Amazing experience. They were very quick to respond so not waiting around all day. Antoneo was very respectful to me and my home. He explained every thing well. Open with everything before doing the work so no hidden fees or agenda. Got it done quick and correctly. Will only use this company from now on.

Seriously 24-7 has been my go-to plumbing service for several years. Jason and the plumbers he hires are courteous, well-informed and are able to tell the customer exactly what is wrong and what they will do to fix your problem. Colty (pronounced Cody) recently came out to replace 2 outdoor spigots and his work was excellent. I really appreciate the trust they are willing to earn on every job they perform. They have my highest recommendation!

Antoneo & Jalen came to our home twice to solve a failed sump pump issue. The first being at midnight to install a temporary pump, then the next day to install a permanent pump. They arrived quickly the night of our emergency and with both visits were friendly and professional. We were very pleased with their knowledge and workmanship, as they solved our problem quickly! Texts and emails were sent to us regarding appointments and arrival times, including pictures of the technicians who would taking care of our issue. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Seriously 24-7, as well as Antoneo and Jalen!
