Made an appointment for one o’clock. Time comes no one is on the way. The office says she would have to pull someone from a job to come and could we do it another day? Why wasn’t someone scheduled to come at the time the company made the appointment? Work was missed to be home at the appointed time. Don’t use this company if you value your time. I wonder how they would feel it they showed up and I wasn’t here. When you make an appointment that is time set. Don’t make an appointment if you do not have a person to show up.

Took almost 20 days of no water and 3 visits before they told us we needed a new well dug. We contacted a different place and within an hour replaced a damaged wire and fixed our water. Absolutely terrible service. I’d sooner eat my feet than look in this company’s direction.

We have used this company many times while living in wells county. This last service was once again exceptional. After the work was completed, you could tell they knew what was the best answer to solving our problems. Most employers would be thrilled to have such good workers as it seems this company has. Well done once again.

I had a flooded basement from a winter storm that broke pipes and ruined every appliance in the basement. Bluffton Plumbing was the only local service that responded. They helped guide me thru the insurance and repair steps. They provided me timely quotes and followed up with me regularly thru out the entire process. Their team was friendly and professional from the technicians to the office coordinators. I highly recommend them.

Installed on-demand water heater but charged extra to have electric ran to the unit. Replaced CPVC of house to water heater, shower, toilet, bath sink, and kit. sink, afterwards many of the fittings leaked. Got another estimate to finish work and repair leaks, cost was $1800.00. Workers left several items in crawl space which another plumber found. Called for them to pick up items but took three weeks for them to show up and when they did they accused us of stealing several items. We also called on several occasions to try and resolve problems only to be yelled at continually. Had them hang some dry wall and was unhappy with the result because there were several bubbles under tape and it took me two hours to sand down. They also accused me of sanding down their work too soon but if you will notice in the pictures that was far from the truth. They sent a bill that stated NET 30 on the invoice only to demand the bill be paid quicker or they were going to add 30% to the amount owed. This business is deceitful, liars, and rude.

Absolutely garbage company. They did very poor quality work, have poor value, not professional by any means, wouldn’t return my calls and were very late.
