Great experience and quality Workmanship!! I had a problem with my water heater and did not realize it was still under warranty after eight years. Rich found the warranty and processed the replacement part under the warranty saving me a considerable amount of money. Great communication and great professionalism and quality craftsmanship. You could not ask for a better experience.

Our experience was 10 stars. I couldn’t be happier. We decided to replace our aging tank water heater (16 years old) for a tankless system at the beginning of 2021.
