I had a leaky valve on my hot water tank and called for help. Dean chatted with me about the problem for a few minutes and arranged to come the next day. He communicated well, showed up on time, and took care of the leak. He was very friendly and took time to explain the options and cost. It is hard to find good people and trust me Dean is the real deal. Will use again!

I contacted Dean earlier with an issue I was experiencing with my hot water heater. Due to it being the weekend there was an extra fee. And due to my work schedule I would not be able to be home the next day. Not only did Dean listen to my issues and diagnose the issue over the phone, he told me how to fix it myself, being that it was a pretty simple fix. I was beyond grateful because nowadays some companies just want your money. Dean is very personable, professional, cares about his customers, and just a great at what he does. I will definitely be reaching out in the future with my plumbing needs.

Our old water heater busted and started leaking everywhere. I was referred to Dean and sent him photos of the problem. He was very responsive and came out and installed a new tank within a few hours of the old one breaking at a very fair price. Wouldn’t waste time calling anyone else.
