Kitchen Solvers of Grayslake 2 weeks agoFrom the beginning, I was impressed by Charlie and his company’s mission to provide training and guidance to kids right out of high school, thereby giving them a life skill and career. In preparing his proposal, he spent a lot of time with me discussing options, and helping me to select colors and accessories. We opted to reface our existing cabinets, rather than replace them, as we liked the countertops and backsplash and those were in good condition. Once we accepted the proposal, he was very thorough with his inspection and measuring of all of my cabinets to ensure the correct amount of material was ordered. The work took 5 full days, as Charlie had initially planned for and at the end of each day, they left my kitchen cleaned and usable. Their attention to detail was evident in the workmanship and the final look of my kitchen. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of the work and the updated look of my kitchen, and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone interested in a kitchen renovation.

Hi-Line Design Inc. 4 weeks agoWe have had Sean and Hi-Line Design do a number of projects for us. He completed a kitchen renovation and butler’s pantry at our last house, and in our new home he did a kitchen plus great room renovation, basement refresh (new floors, painting, converted an exercise room to a guest bedroom), and powder room renovation. Prior to using Sean, we had another contractor complete 3 bathrooms for us, and there is not comparison to the quality of work and level of professionalism that Hi-Line provides. I have found Hi-Line to be exceptional in these areas: 1. Fairness–Sean’s pricing is fair. 2. Honesty – Sean will talk you through the pros and cons of a proposal. He doesn’t pitch extra or more work just to line his pockets. 3. Trustworthiness – His billing is clear and prompt. He delivers when promised. I also never was hesitant to leave him or a crew member alone in my home. 4. Reliable – His workers show up on time. Sean is a clear communicator. 5. Cleanliness – He prepares all areas well and leaves the area as clean ask possible after the day’s work is done. 6. Kindness – He and his team are kind people. They are nice to have in your home working. 7. Quality — Sean is a perfectionist. If he can’t do something perfectly, he finds the person who can do it right. Sean has an eye for detail. His tile work, floor laying, and painting work is done to perfection. I strongly recommend him for all projects!
