I purchased a property 3 weeks ago and to my surprise, the basement backed up with water yesterday. I called a few different plumbers, but settled on Drain Flow. The owner was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and made me feel at ease when I first called. They came out the next day (on time) and resolved the issue the same day. I would recommend him to my closest family members. Excellent communication!!!

A review that is months owed…Late last year, I ran into drain problems a few weeks after moving into my new home and needed it rodded out. I Googled services and went off the best reviewed providers. I’m glad I did. Dwayne’s professionalism, communication, knowledge, and transparency are above and beyond. For the included camera service, the pricing is extremely fair. In addition to the camera service and the use of multiple cutter heads. I also appreciated that they took the time to confirm that water flowed without issues before packing their equipment. I’ve seen other companies perform 1 rod with 1 head and start packing as the cables are still on their way back out. They definitely have focused on ensuring the customers’ expectations of a good service are met.
