HONEST and QUALITY work. They came out and replaced two hose bibs. We also had water pooling around where our sump pump ejects. They were able to address all of our concerns and we are very happy with their work. They are friendly, honest and professional. They walked us through the how and why and were happy to answer all our questions. *BONUS our very tiny guard dog (yorkie) doesn’t usually like when people are here doing work, but she very much liked Mike and Krista. Highly recommend.

Our entire experience with Hickory Creek Plumbing was great from outreach to Krista and Mike to completion of work. Zero complaints and 100% satisfaction. Krista and Mike were so nice to work with and very reasonably priced. They are polite, professional, and helped us complete are backyard project. We called on Monday and they completed the work by Tuesday. Mike and Krista really care about the quality of their work and go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.

Mike & Krista came out to repair a bathroom faucet damaged by Frankfort water. Everything had to be replaced; and since we were leaving on vaca and the (adult) kids were going to be home, it needed to be repaired asap. They went to three different stores to find fixtures they thought I’d like, sent me pics to approve, and quickly installed. Their pricing was more than fair, and much lower than work we’ve had done requiring less time and effort. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, and people I would not hesitate to contact again. I highly recommend them!!!

Hickory Creek Plumbing saved our day by coming over to fix our sink that refused to drain. That day we were also hosting a party for my husband’s grandparents who were visiting from Florida so they may gather and reconnect with local friends and family. Mike from Hickory Creek was very understanding and felt the urgency that we needed this sink fixed ASAP. He was very respectful, responsive and accommodating to our time and urgency of the matter. We were so pleased with our results and truly felt valued. Mike and Krista were referred to me by a friend. They just left. My toilet, after 35 years, needed repair below the surface – the flange. Mike did a perfect job and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He has many years of experience and a very smart man. Mike and Krista did not just come over to do a job, they treated me like family and a company I will always – without a doubt – refer and call first whenever I need a plumber. Due to a heavy rain storm, our sump pump went out. We called them in the middle of the night and they promptly came to our house and stopped the basement from flooding. Mike and Krista were very professional, honest, and friendly. They even stayed late and helped us clean the water. We definitely recommend them and would use them again!
