All I can say about Residental Plumbing is; that if you don’t call Residential first, you’ve made a BIG mistake. I heard cycling of running water in my basement and when I went to my basement I found water on the floor & expanding. I called Residential Plumbing, shared my problem, and they had someone in my Darien home within 30 minutes after I hung up with their office. The servicemen determined the problem, had the components in their truck to correct the problem and completed the emergency repair work in an hour. They responded and fixed the problem less than 2 hours from my calling Residential Plumbing with my emergency. INCREDIBLE! Rob & Cade, who performed the work, were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Impressive falls well short of properly describing the service Residential Plumbing provided me. JP

We had a plugged toilet and Nate & crew arrived within 30 minutes from the time we called. They had us back in operation in minutes. They were very conscientious and worked extremely clean. We have found our new plumber!

This is my 3rd time using RP! Called this morning and got a same day appointment. I had to replace my dishwasher valve under the sink before I could have my new appliance installed. Robby arrived early and had it replaced in under an hour. He is a pleasure to work with and always explains everything to me so I understand. I’ll never use anyone else!
