Alex did a good job installing our sump pump in a timely manner and reviewed his work before he left. Due to a number of emergency calls , our original morning appointment had to be rescheduled to the mid-afternoon. Overall we feel a good job and an ok value Time will tell how the pump performs.

They did not check very basic things (plug types, washing machine hose) before claiming that they could replace my washer and dryer and install a garbage disposal in my home (and charging me a substantial deposit). That is the purpose of an initial service call that they also charge you for. On the day of washing machine and dryer installation, they hooked up the washer and dryer without first checking the electric plug type and washing machine hose condition—so they ended up installing the new machines and then having to immediately uninstall them and put the old machines back. And I paid full price for this “service.” The garbage disposal couldn’t be installed because there wasn’t a switch under the sink—something that should have been easily noticed during the initial service call.

Very quick and professional…sump pump gave out, getting water in, they were out in about 2 hours and got new pump and battery back up in next day. Pretty pricey and some would argue maybe more than I really needed but will not have to worry about it for long time and excellent warranty. Really top tier service and installation. Highly recommended!
