Weber Remodeling 2 months agoUPDATED: Chet has now also completed our FABULOUS NEW KITCHEN in addition to the work a few years ago (Below). Our Kitchen is IDEAL and everything we wanted (and didn’t know we wanted) because of his guidance. He fixed/redid some work we had previously done, made great recommendations, met us stores frequently as we decided items, and stayed within our budget. Cannot rave enough! In addition to doing exceptional work, Chet is talented, patient, has great vision & ideas and extremely hardworking. We really admire and love our custom book shelves with lighting, new front door and storm door installed perfectly, did great tile flooring work, and updated our bath, added crown work throughout our home, all beautifully done and amazing.. We love it! AND He is a true gentleman!

I cannot say enough good things about the selection of door styles, colors, the process of refacing the cabinets, timelines and pricing. Erica was a true delight to work with. She was hands on throughout the entire process to ensure I was happy with how things were going. I loved Erica’s dedication to me, her customer and her energy is boundless. Optimum Construction LLC a month agoWe have worked with Optimum Construction for over 10 years. They have worked on two homes for us. 4 bathrooms, two kitchens and a number of overall room rehabs. Most recently a lower level rehab that came out great. We have always found Eric and Jack to be very reliable and solid rehabers. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Good guys who care about the final outcome, not just on doing the job. Glad to be a reference for anyone who wants to be assured they can do a great job for you.

Landhaus Construction Co 3 months agoI hired Landhaus for a project in which I bid out the three other contractors. Across the board, this group saw possible ideas of mine that other contractors suggested we should avoid. In the end, the final build is phenomenal and I would go with Landhaus again.
