I could not be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Projx Construction Group to anyone looking for an upfront and honest General Contractor.

Nirvana Construction 2 years agoMy name is Scott.I am writing this review with complete honesty.I contacted this company,the middle of October.I was looking to take a few bids.I contacted this company.I knew nothing about his reputation.I wanted a 40 year old garage redone in elmhurst ill.This guys name was Mark.We had a short conversation.I can tell people i want to do business with.I told him i give deposits when material is on sight.He said that is not going to work..i said ok and hung up the phone.He than sent me this nasty nasty text.I knew this guy was not professional.Fast forward i contacted a honest company.Signed a contract .No deposit requested there job was done perfect $23,000 job and have sold well over $125,000.They sent me a expensive bottle of wine.That is a decent ethical contractor does.After this expierence with this gentleman.I decided to look him up.My backround is 35 years in the media.That is not important.I was having breakfast with a friend.He told me about this company.Mark from Nirvana construction.His friend had this company come out.He wanted a garage extension, with a good amount of labor.,concrete,exterior walls.This gentleman is a nice honest man.who wanted to have his work shop. extended.The contract was signed.He mark lied and told the customer it will be done in 30 days or so.The contract was signed july 27 2021.Today is november 13 2021,Nothing has been done.The job labor and materials the amount was around $34,000..Mark the contractor took the sum of money for $18,000.During the last 4 months this Mark is a pathological liar.He said it will rain we need a week with no rain.Ok we had plenty of sunny days.I decided to look into this mans issues .With my backround i always mentioned the good and bad contractors.This is the latter.The nice gentleman showed me the texts that was left.Wow this contractor is as shady as you get.How would any of you feel to have given someone $18,000 and be totally blown off.We have asked him to do the right thing .Have the balls to do the right thing.No response.Well i have nany many friends in the media.Again everything word for word written is the truth.Than this contractor called me a coward. thank you for reading scott

Leopardo Construction a month agoProject management and field superintendents are a joke. Still waiting to be paid for all of the extra work we did. Steer clear.

Their pricing was fair, and their workers were friendly and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves every night. The project finished on time with no concerns. Highly, highly recommend!!
