Called in morning to get blocked drain line rodded out. Tech indicated availability between 1-4. 4 rolls around with no call no show. I call office and they state tech is on commercial job and cannot make it. I ask why I was not contacted and they say it is techs responsibility. I ask if they can come out following day, they state no availability for tomorrow. I cannot rate their service other than I didn’t receive any. I told office that tech was incompetent and she says she disagrees. But competency includes canceling a call or rescheduling before scheduled appointment and not just not showing up. Poor customer service. I will not contact them in the future.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Brewer Plumbing And Rodding and they do not disappoint! He has replaced sink water valves, installed washer plumbing lines, Cleared pipes removed and installed a new water heater at two different locations. Mitch is professional, knowledgeable and always reliable. He makes sure the client is satisfied with the work and has good communication for expectation management. I will forever use Mitch and Brewer Plumbing And Rodding as my “go-to” plumber for the Tampa area and have less worries about potential plumbing issues that may arise, knowing he is only a call away!

Paul showed up within an hour of calling and was upfront about about what needed to be done. He was proffessional, accurateand was diligent. The price was great, will hire Brewer Plumbing And Rodding again. 5 stars all the way.

I have used this service in the past, the plumber they sent out was awesome the first time. I even paid extra for their program that waves service fees. This time however, when I was unable to answer a phone call, the plumber took it upon himself to reschedule. It would have helped to know the plumber arriving hinged on me answering the phone in that moment. When I did call back he said he could come later in the day, but I said that wouldn’t work as I had to go to work. He said he would call me back in the case that his schedule changes. He did call me back and said he could be here in 2 hours, and again, i couldn’t do that. He said he could actually be here in 1 hour, so I agreed. 2.5 hours later, no show. If you have an urgent problem do not use this company’s services. Especially don’t pay extra for the “perks.”

Bob from Brewer Plumbing And Rodding arrived on a Saturday morning sharp at 9am and unclogged our kitchen sink within an hour. He was efficient, courteous, and took covid-19 precautions. There aren’t enough words to explain how glad and relieved we were with his service. Highly recommend him.

This place is a front for a scammy company that tries to sell you an expensive subscription service. The phone number goes to an overseas call center that gives you the hard sell on the subscription, and if you say no, they try to charge you $150 for a “service call” where nobody likely shows up. Look into the rest of the reviews here, they are fake. All of these glowing reviews come from people who are out of state and have exactly 1 review. It’s a classic fake review scam. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Brewer Plumbing And Rodding crew came out to my home and ran a new water line from my well. Doe and Scott were very professional and very brisk, with their work. I underestimated how hard it was to do the work. Both of them stuck it out and did the work. Thank you, highly recommended!
