Called American water resources with a clogged drain this morning. Followed up by calling Bailey directly. Owners wife relayed the message that I’d like someone to come same day if possible and he wound up calling around noon and coming by. Cleared the obstruction. I felt confident that he know what he was doing. Happy he helped me out on a Friday when they were already busy.

Called Bailey when another company failed me. I should have called Dave first. He made me realize the other company was inept or dishonest, either way he took care of my problem and provided suggestions. He even spoke to the water company on my behalf. Him and his assistant Curt were extremely knowledgable, fast and made me feel like a family friend. Dave Bailey knows his business well and deserves to be the first, last and only plumber to call. The price he charged was extremely reasonable and well worth paying. Call Dave Bailey sewer and water for all your plumbing needs.

Took my number and never called back. I called around for recommendations and will recommend P&N Plumbing. P&N came out same day and had a leak in my crawl space fixed in under 2 hours.
