I asked them to snake 1 toilet drain and for an estimate. Our normal plumber couldn’t come until tomorrow, and charges $250 all in. They said they would need to come and see the drain, which would cost $159 (turns out this is an annual membership that they are trying to push). When the technician came, he called the office for the estimate. They said a single drain would cost $850 -this is a normal toilet off a bedroom in a house. The tech told me they would call me to explain why -as he said it was way too much. They couldn’t explain why, the call center person I talked to kept blaming the technician, the technician said it wasn’t up to him. If it matters to you -they also said they were a local plumber, but that didn’t seem to be accurate. Phone call goes to Hampshire, tech was 1 hour away…Evanston isn’t that big.

My first time using Premier Plumbing Service, and I am impressed with the service from the initial phone call to the call leading up to the arrival of Mike who was on time and GREAT!! He was so knowledgeable with the old building plumbing and was helpful with preventative steps to avoid having the same issue again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Frank came out this morning to give us an estimate on a repipe job, and he was extremely thorough, concise, and very kind. He walked us through how the process would work, answered all of our “what if” questions, and was just a pleasure to work with. I also must say that when I called a few days ago to make this appointment, Andrea was also wonderful to talk to. She was able to book us quickly, and followed up immediately with email and text confirmations. The customer service has been stellar, especially considering these stressful times sea dealing with a leak and a pandemic. Thank you!

We had an emergency with the sewer backing up. Premier Plumbing Service came within couple of hours and tried to snake it, but couldn’t get the blockage to be cleared. They came the next morning with the hydro power cleaner and cleaned the blockage. Very helpful. They cleaned up themselves after the service.

I scheduled an appointment for a backflow test and they were upfront with their prices. No upfront deposits neither. My appointment was scheduled fast and the technician showed up on time. He was fast and very professional. Will definitely call them again if I run across any plumbing problem.

I called Premier Plumbing Service company when I needed some plumbing work in my home and they responded immediately. They were very pleasant from the start to end. The lady who answered the phone, asked a few questions, and provided the best quote out of the 3 plumbing companies I had called. Mike, the plumber, came out to my house two days later, and completed the job quickly and was a nice guy. Great company! I will not forget to recommend and will definitely use them again.
