Great service. They were quick to schedule and very thorough, both in their explanation of what was needed, as well as doing the work itself. I was pleasantly surprised how transparent they are with pricing – Jimmy took a look, quoted me an exact price, and that was what it cost. No ambiguous price ranges because it might take longer, no random overages because they needed another part, etc. They showed me a price in advance, and that’s what they charged, down to the cent. 5 stars to both Kerri the scheduler and Jimmy who performed the work. UPDATE 6/21/24 – Had Jimmy come to the new place for garbage disposal install and some quotes on other work we’re planning to do. As always, great service, transparent pricing, and he patiently walked us through all our options. Looking forward to having the work done.

Very personalized service, beyond what was contracted for. I paid for 2 hour service, but received an extra 5+ hours no charge. Matt the owner wanted the job to be done thoroughly, and was on-site assisting. I also learned a lot of informative, necessary house plumbing information, especially if you are selling or buying a home.

The service was exceptional from the call to the work completed. We had an urgent issue with our disposal and they had someone out early morning. James was professional and worked very hard to ensure we didn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for a replacement disposal. This company responsive and efficient.

Toilet was leaking, called Mr rooter and Jimmy came right over and solved everything within an hour, will definitely be calling again if I have any issues. Make sure to call and ask for Jimmy!

**Highly Recommend*** Can not say enough good things about this company. I called because of sewage backing up in my basement….again. We had router rooter come out multiple times. I accidently called Mr. Rooter. They had an avaliable slot for 3-6, I took it but wanted to call for something sooner. The appointment coordinator was amazing and was able to get a plumber out here within the hour. By the time the plumbers came, I was a wreck. Jimmy and James were kind and prepared for anything. They also played with my dogs, and made conversation easily. They showed us, actually showed us what was happening and how we may be able to prevent it so we do not need to call a plumber. No one has ever talked to us like people. Amazing, and I will never call anyone else. Highly recommend!!!!

had Jimmy come out to look at some leaky pipes that I had in my basement. He was able to clearly explain everything in a way. I understood as well as fix the problem and explain the pricing with the highly recommend. Definitely use again. Ask for Jimmy you wont regret it!
