I called Ivanhoe plumbing on a weekend in a terrible situation. We came home from vacation and found our basement filled with sewage. We called Ivanhoe they came out within an hour gave my a price I decided to shop the work to be performed I ended up calling them back the next Sunday morning and not only did they honor the price quoted for Friday. They went above and beyond the service I expected they also found a carbon monoxide leak on my hot water heater.they were able to replace the heater the same day. They Shared some practical plumbing techniques and offered some amazing advice on keeping my rentals Maintanance free. I would recommend this great company to anyone who wants great and amazing vale from your plumber

They refused to honor their 90-day warranty and wanted to charge my additional money to come back out after the sewer back up again. Be careful as they do not accept debit or credit cards, which makes it harder for you to get your money back.

Power Rod main line. This company provide a 90 day warranty but when I needed the service to come back out after 30 days, they claim that they would have to charge me an additional fee to come out and that how a 90 day warranty works. This is not true and they did not tell me this and its not listed on this signed document.

Only one person came out to rod out my basement. He was unable to do the job because he was by hisself so he made up a reason saying my pipes underground were all cracked and that my basement would not be able to be rodded out. So he packed up his equipment and said I owed him $100, and that’s the best he could do because he came out. I paid him he left I called a different plumber and they came right out (I wish I could remember that company’s name, I’ll update with the name later). Once this plumber got to my house, this time it was 3 guys, he said it wouldn’t be no problem. He also said if he can’t get it done I won’t owe anything. He was not at my house but maybe 30 minutes and was done. No more water in the basement. Included in that 30 minutes he cleaned his equipment also and was gone. I know to call them first every time after. Ivanhoe Plumbing is definitely unprofessional and rude.
