I will say this outright: I did not use Good Will Plumbing but I still think this is an excellent company I will be more than happy to use in the future. Why? I had a clogged toilet in my dental office. I called Good Will Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Dan. I told him my problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He told me that all of the plumbers were booked for today and tomorrow due to the heavy rains we were getting. He sincerely apologized but he gave me honest advice on buying an auger from Home Depot and also sent me a YouTube video on how to use it. He said that this should take care of the problem and it did. I can tell you that this is an honest company that actually cares about their customers from this one interaction I had alone. I honestly recommend anyone to use them and have full confidence in their services.

This company is amazing!! They were able to get out to us last minute and give us professional and excellent service!! Won’t be using anyone else!! Really appreciate the hard work and effort they give!!

The guys were super responsive and fair with their price. Every other place I called wanted to charge just to diaganose an issue, I had already identified with the water heater’s manufaturer. They quoted me over the phone and didn’t try to upsell me. You call other places, and they have these foriegn answering services.They came out same day. They also stayed late working on the issue when things got complicated. If you don’t want to get scamed or cracked in the head please call Good Will Plumbing. They are hard working and honest. They are also local for the Northshore. And if you’re a female definitley calls these guys. NO GIMMICKS NO GAMES OR CREEPY PLUMBER VIBES.

Called 7 different plumbers for a quote on a hot water heater. Highly recommend Good Will for reasonable prices, professionalism, great communication, and fast but quality service.

Billy and his team deserve 5 stars for the excellent customer service they provided. They accommodated me right away and swiftly fixed my bath tub drain. They took time to explain to me the work they were doing, and did so in a professional and courteous manner. I will be rehiring them for any future plumbing issues, as well as recommending to others.
