Had a gas line leak at a coupling and they sent Tyler out on his very first job with the company and he got it done in little over an hour. He was polite, fast, and went above and beyond other companies would. Would definitely recommend!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Horrible work, terrible customer service, and make sure if you hire them to right down the hours worked. Three different plumbers were at my house on different times to look at my bathroom remodel. The day they were suppose to start they showed up with nothing and sent a plumber unfamiliar with our project. While installing bathroom plumbing the plumber put a hole all the way through the opposite side of the other wall. Cracked brand new tile work in shower installing fixtures. Hot and cold lines were backwards. They tried to bill us for coming to fix their mistakes. It also took months to receive the bill and the hours worked did not match up to ours. Good luck trying to talk with anyone with any knowledge there besides the receptionist who absolutely does not know what she is doing. Hire anyone else besides GS’R PLUMBING. HORRIBLE

Prompt arrival 30 minutes after phoning. Pete, excellent plumber, installed new hot water heater within 2 hours. Hauled old one up and out of the basement. He was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We will be calling GR again. Great company!

Secretary is a lovely lady. However they came to clear out a blockage, suspected I had 2 sewer lines running to the alley. Were going to call back to investigate but never did. Suprise bill for $2000 to camera and clear the pipes with no follow up. Called another company, they knew exactly where and how the pipes all connected (nothing goes to the alley like GSR suspected) added a new cleanout and removed the bad pipes so my blockage doesn’t come back. GSR simply band aided the issue and never got back to me.

This is unfortunate as this isn’t the first time we used them. Maybe the tech today wasn’t feeling it? Last month had them move some plumbing around under the sink for new countertops. Excellent work. Today we wanted a water leak checked out. Clearly leaking behind the shower wall onto the drop ceiling below. Was told nothing present and to revisit. Is it cuz it was my wife home and not me? On the work order said he was here for 45min. Ring time stamp for entry and exit is at 20mins. Hoping it was a bad day for the tech. Maybe they won’t be my first call next time I need something

It has been a challenge to work with G’s R Plumbing and Heating and I have no intention of using them again. The most recent service required 3 separate jobs for them to finally complete it right (billed separately) and the final time the technician did not show 3 consecutive times in less than 2 weeks. None of which were we notified about ahead of time. Billing has been an absolute nightmare and to be honest I’ve never seen a company more incompetent with this task. The owner was supposed to call us over a month ago and despite repeated calls to the office the touch base on when the owner would be available, we have yet to get a call. We’re done with this business.

Pete, the plumber that was sent by your company this morning for a big leak… He went above and beyond and moved some of my stuff that I can’t move due to a back injury. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did along with what needs to be done. I will recommend your company to anyone and that they should request Pete! Very satisfied customer!!

Jeff and crew went beyond the call of duty to slove my sewer problem ,They thru every thing they had at my problem even staying late to get the job done. I highly recommend this company Thanks for all your hard work.

Had a outside leak over a HOLIDAY WEEKEND 🫣 Pete was very kind and came as quickly as possible. They work was done professionally and correct. Pete was also very kind with our child who wanted to tag along the entire time! Thank you Pete and G’s R Plumbing!
