Good people. My water heater was not working right due to age, and I was assigned to them from my American home shield home warranty. They came out and assessed what needed to be done and then installed the water heater all in the same day. They answered all my questions and were very polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable too.

The techs that came to my house were amazing were informative explained what they were doing. But the biggest thing of it all was honesty. He said didn’t seem like my lines wasnt that bad he had a hunch and took little more time but went and checked the city’s side and was very backed up n informed them. They could have easily charged me an extra $475 to do a different service but his experience and the hunch he had saved that money for us. Spec right now wife just lost her job at Quaker so that money is important. Honesty goes a long way in business and I will gladly support and recommend them to anybody especially being a local business our community has to stand together. We really appreciate it and thank you guys !!

Hired Clean line about a month ago to clean my sew lines and yesterday I had to call them back out. They “SAID” I was placed on the scheduled for today 3/21 but no one ever showed up. So I called them and the lady never knew of my appointment and clearly acted as though she didn’t care. She said she would find out from 1 of the 4 drivers but she never called me back and when I attempted to call them back they stopped answering my call. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Promised and guaranteed a job once recommendations were acquired then once proven had to reconsider if you can lie to a future employee what does he tell his customers also have proof on hand phones don’t lie
