Usually dealing with plumbers is not the best interaction. Honestly, I dislike having to deal with them. However, Prime Plumbing Service personnel were courteous, reasonable and punctual. The work was done professionally and clean. I was very pleased with the entire experience. My water heater went out on Sunday and when I called on Monday morning, the plumber was at my house by 2 pm. After he assessed the work and we discussed the price, the work was completed the next morning.

Ben did amazing work for us. He repiped our house and couldn’t have been more professional and thorough. The work was done perfectly with as little disruption to our house as possible. Since then he’s been back to help us with a couple of other small projects and he’s incredibly responsive when we reach out to him. A trustworthy guy!

The Plumbers Prime Plumbing Service sent to me did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional and friendly and service was of a very high standard. I am very happy with their workman-ship and communication. I will happily call you again when I need a plumber.

5 star customer service, good prices, and great work! Greg treated me like my issue was his own and was able to get everything resolved in a timely manner and ensured I was aware of everything going on during the whole process. The price was good for the work and the customer service.

Shoddy work, very unprofessional, most unreliable company I have every dealt with. Had them come out to fix a loose toilet. Charged $600 including the $125 fee for coming out to replace the flange and reset the toilet. The toilet has been leaking since which I noticed from the unfinished basement below. Called them a couple days later to let them know so they could come back and fix their work and was promised a call back from a manager that never happened. After 3 weeks of multiple phone calls and receiving multiple promises for calls back… nothing. Finally started recording phone calls (and let them know) and several calls later was told someone would come out the following morning. Not surprisingly, they didn’t show up. Time to find a competent and reliable plumbing company and talk to an attorney. Not to mention they tried to sell me their annual paid service many times during phone calls and in emails. Do yourself a favour and find anyone else.

The plumbers did an awesome job! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super thorough! They went out of their way to check and double check the issue, and even answered questions about unrelated (plumbing) issues. I would definitely recommend Prime Plumbing Service and call them again, great value, excellent service and great quality!

Charge to even come out to give you price and doesn’t even offer to credit it to the job if decided to move forward with the job. Call someone else who doesn’t charge you to just come out and give you a price!

Bad Prime Plumbing Service ever had. They charged a trip fee $200 just to come out for estimate. Unlike many other places offer FREE estimate in Chicagoland. Also we found out that the estimate for small work they quoted was super high of $640 (replace a toilet fill valve). Here is the horrible experience with them – I called for service a toilet, this place sent a subcontractor without letting us know upfront. The subcontractor rejected to give estimate first when on-site but asked for credit card to charge the trip price $200, then sent over estimate of $640 (replace a fill valve toilet part). Same job other plumbers quote $250 for small work like this. Ridiculous price!!!

Be caution with this place! Not sure if their business is legitimate as we haven’t received their plumbing contractor’s license, after requests several times. They charged $200 just to come out. We have asked for their paperwork, i.e. their business plumbing license but still haven’t got it. I would suggest that to check everything before using service.
