These guys went above and beyond on a weekend when our tankless water heater broke and needed replacement. Not only did they spend Saturday finding the right model to fit into a tight space, which wasn’t easy to find, but then they came out on a Sunday morning to install it. The plumber did excellent work. Personable, experienced, efficient–that’s how I would describe him. His work is just the best and I can’t recommend Pierce Plumbing highly enough.

I really appreciate the honesty and expertise of Pierce Plumbing Service! They spent several hours at my house to locate a leak and were able to save us a lot of money by replacing an old pipe underground. They were friendly and knowledgeable and followed up with a call to make sure we were pleased with their service.

We have reached out to the company to remedy an issue and they haven’t responded. They incorrectly replaced a wax ring on a toilet in a second floor unit in our building. As a result, sewage leaked into the wall and down to the ceiling of a first floor unit. If they had just fixed the problem, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. We now have to repair our drywall to the cost of more than $2,500.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired Pierce Plumbing to replace a wax seal in my toilet. When replacing it they crushed the seal and caused a leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. After calling four times in two weeks I received no response and they have taken NO responsibility to help repair the damage. Complete nightmare.

Pierce Plumbing incorrectly replaced a wax ring on a toilet in a second floor unit in our building. As a result, sewage leaked into the wall and down to the ceiling of a first floor unit. We’ve flagged this issue to the company multiple times and after two weeks they have still not replied to us to cover repair costs for the damage they caused. We now have to repair our drywall to the cost of more than $2,500.

I didn’t need services, needed an estimate to replace a part. Told I had to pay $120 service fee anyway. The plumber was an hour later than he said he’d be. I paid the “service fee”. Yet, never received an estimate after numerous calls and emails. RIP OFF!!

I experienced flooding in my home due to a toilet overflowing. I called Pierce Plumbing Service and scheduled an emergency callback with the after hours operator. Mark contacted me immediately and came out shortly thereafter. He figured out what the problem was and tackled it right away. He let me know what was happening every step of the way and made sure that I understood my options. Thank you again Pierce Plumbing Service!

this is a referral service, and not an actual plumbing company. you may get a good plumber that shows up or you may not. I did not and had to go through a maze of companies and phone numbers to figure out who actually showed up at my house. Pierce could not even tell me who they sent to my house. As a consumer, this is rather alarming really.

The plumber who came did an excellent job of explaining to us everything he did. He answered all of our questions, was polite and he cleaned up after himself. We will always call Pierce Plumbing Service because their technicians are friendly and do their jobs well.We will also recommend them.
