Absolute joke of a company. They’ll lie to you and say someone is coming and let you sit there all day. When the technician never shows, the dispatchers will blatantly hang up on you. Go somewhere else.

Very nice plumber .. Beware of the scam to join there membership club.. Read the details its does charge you yearly…. ( they didn’t mention that ) Waiting for a cancelation email from them…

This is my second time using Omega Plumbing Service. I find the employees to be very professional, friendly and straight forward. I found their advice to be helpful with honest appraisals of the expected work. They perform as they promise. Will use Omega Plumbing Service in the future.

Our sewer pipe had a blockage that needed to be cleared recently. Omega Plumbing Service sent over a plumber who quickly cleared everything up. He used a camera to inspect the entire system from the house to the street to ensure the blockage was gone, the pipe was in good shape, and there was no other potential blockage further down. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, provided a wealth of useful information, and was eager to share his expertise!

Omega Plumbing Service responded promptly to a request for electrical repair services when 3 other companies failed to return calls. The plumber was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Highly recommended.

Called and they called back. Said they’d come the next day because they were busy that day. After I sent them some information they never returned my call nor showed up. Called the main number and no answer. Ended up doing the work myself.

I had a great experience with Omega Plumbing Service.They provided me with an excellent services. They spent the better part of the day in my house and with their tools and helped me solve my plumbing problem. They also cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

Josh was fantastic! Professional and courteous and he got the job done on New Year’s Eve! We encountered a hot water heater issue the afternoon of the eve and Omega Plumbing Service came to the rescue! Our issue was resolved within one hour of calling for help. They will be our go-to again for planned or emergency plumbing work! Two thumbs up all the way!
