Edward arrived but failed to correctly diagnose the problem. We were left cold and uncomfortable even after 30 minutes. He tried to give me some advice, but it wasn’t helpful at all. To make matters worse, he forced me into an upkeep contract on the spot, which cost me more money now and likely will in the future as well. I would advise this company not to give Edward a raise, as his slow response, lack of knowledge, and unprofessional attitude were quite disappointing.

They came over after the summer heat to see why my bathroom sink was overflowing. Edward showed up and couldn’t figure out the issue even after hours of trying. He seemed uninformed and since it was a minor problem than anticipated, I informed him that I was going to get a few more estimates and he aggressively tried to pressure me into using their services. I’ll let you know the end result if I end up not using this company to address the problem. At the end of the day, I’ll certainly be avoiding asking for Edward for any plumbing needs.

We had a situation where we needed a quick fix because we attempted to replace the toilet by ourselves and ran into complications. We had a gathering planned the next day and it was the weekend. This company didn’t respond to our phone call and when they finally sent a couple of guys, Josiah and Edward, it took them several hours to reach our building. They were slow, unprofessional, and we will not use their services again!

The guys who showed up, specifically Josiah, Edward, and Ruben, were absolutely dreadful. They encountered unforeseen issues and were completely flustered, unable to adjust. The task dragged out much longer than anticipated, and this company had the audacity to slap on extra charges. They left things in disarray after the job and failed to clean up, even when explicitly asked to do so. The work was far from satisfactory.

Terrible plumbing service from start to finish. From the initial stages where I was supposedly assisted by Edward who was incompetent and unhelpful, causing everything to be chaotic. Edward was negligent and didn’t look after me at all. Then on the day of the job, they arrived 20 minutes late which was a real inconvenience. The team that carried out the plumbing works were unskilled, unhelpful, and clueless. Edward, Josiah, and Ruben were all dreadful. Josiah was particularly subpar, he worked carelessly and completed the task inefficiently. All of them were disappointing, thanks for nothing! I would highly discourage anyone from using this company’s services!

My encounter with this plumbing company was dreadful! I had the misfortune of dealing with Josiah, who was consistently late, unskilled, and indifferent! He didn’t bother to explain the processes or his expected results! He lazily fumbled for hours trying to figure out a solution for my blocked drain. The so-called solution involved him aimlessly wandering around the yard in an attempt to locate the pipeline, attempting to dig it up, and then calling in Edward because it was getting dark and late. After wasting hours, we still couldn’t fix the issue! I was incredibly annoyed that they didn’t even bother to clean up or sanitize my bathroom after the failed attempt! I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service I received from this company!

Do not call the number listed here on google. It’s a leads “broker” that farmed me out to an electrician when I needed a plumber. When I called back to call this out, they blocked my number lol.

The number listed on the google business page and on their website sends you to a call center that connects you to random plumbers. When I asked the guy why I wasn’t able to get connected to Miguel and Sons, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back again, it said that number was not in service. Seems like some kind of scam. The number is definitely listed on Miguel and Sons website too 🤷🏻‍♀️
