I would recommend Burris & Sons. I called this morning with a plumbing issue spoke to Mr. Burris he came to my home today and fixed the problem. The staff is very polite and professional. I will be using Burris & Sons again

An update to my review from 4 years ago! He comes through again, yes he did. I needed the water heater serviced and turned back on and he arrived at the time he promised, worked hard, told me some very funny stories and got the job done. Thank you Mr. Burris, you’re the best!!!! Thank God for Mr. Burris!!!! Mr. Burris came out to work on New Year’s Eve and again on New Year’s Day and I mean he came to work. On time, fired up and ready to go. He identified and explained the issues and solutions in layman’s terms that I understood. His proposed solutions is at the fraction of the cost other companies insist is the only solution. Other companies give a time range of 1 to 2 hours or more and then arrive late. Mr. Burris told me he will arrive in 3 minutes and surprise, surprise, he pulled up in 3 minutes. And this is not a fluke, he did it twice in a row. Thank God for Mr. Burris.

This is my best plumbing experience and I am in the real estate business. Elijah came to the house with a pleasant demeanor, performed the service quickly and provided suggestions to save me money. I asked him to quote an additional job, which any other plumber would have jumped at the chance, Elijah pointed out the problem and told me how easy the fix would be on my own. Excellent price and superior service. Highly recommend Burris and Sons & Jessica Heating!

Burris & Sons & Jessica Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC receives a 5 star 🌟 all the way. Yesterday on 6-26-2024 I had an emergency HVAC issue with my central air. Mr. Burris arrived before schedule and resolved the problem on the roof where my unit is located and I’m stressed free. His services are quality and he’s a very nice, caring-professional man. Thank you very much sir. Especially replacing my worn out compactor.

Came out quickly and fixed the issue with my A/C unit, which had a wire shorted out, was repaired and replaced on the spot. I’m certain if I had called some large national service I would have been charged a large fee and up-selled numerous services that I didn’t not want or ask for. Thanks for the prompt service.

1) Mr. Burris fixed my HVAC. 2) It was a complicated wiring failure but he was still able to troubleshoot it systematically. 3) He also gave me a 50% discount. 4) Fun fact he’s able to sit back on his heels while working because he’s so flexible. 5) My Mother would describe people like him as “having standards”.

Burris & Sons is the BEST hands down! They helped me unconditionally with their top notch expertise and incomparable customer service. My old family home needs much repairs and replacements. The repairs that were completed this week allowed us the extra time we need to prepare for bigger work. This meant the world to me and my family! We will be calling them for all our needs, repairs, maintenance and future appliance installations and would refer them to any and everyone needing any services they provide!
