I live on 10th floor of a condo, who contacted the company for emergency flooding support. Jim came to my unit an hour later (8 pm on a Sunday night), assessed the situation, and did what he could to minimize damage to my unit. He then contacted our property management company and obtained condo floor plans and procedures. At 9 am the next day, Jim returned with several questions. When answered, he knew exactly where to look to solve the issue. He found the source of our building leak within 15 minutes, and fixed it in less than an hour. Before leaving he made helpful recommendations to me and 2 board members. Thanks so much, Jim, for your skills, knowledge and professionalism!

The ladies in the office were wonderful and patient with our situation. Sam and his worker were fantastic and knowledgeable. Dave came out to our house to check out the sub pumps in our basement. The 10 year old pump wasn’t working and had indeed given up the ghost. The ejector pump kicked on right away so it’s ok. New pump and check valve installed in a flash and very reasonable price as well. I have had very good service with Difoggio Plumbing and will continue to call them when we need work done.

This plumbing company is by far the best! On 2 occasions once on a Sunday we had major plumbing issue and they came and found d an fixed the problem without any issues for a very reasonable cost and this week our dump pump died and they came right away replaced the pump and charged a fair price I recommend this local company for any plumbing issue
