Colette & Ano were hired by our landlords to install a toilet at our business location. After a couple days we realized the toilet was no flush, and would rock back an forth. At that time, it was not leaking. We called and alerted Colette & Ano. There first concern was us paying the bill ( it was roughly a week since the toilet was installed ), which I said we would pay when the job was done right. They said they would have someone call Monday to schedule a time to look at it (it was a holiday weekend, and nothing was leaking at that time) When we came into the office after the weekend, we had water on the bathroom floor. We did not receive the call we were promised and we had to call them. They sent someone out the following morning to look at it. The plumber came out and shimmed the toilet and it was fixed. I called and asked if there would be any discount since the toilet was not installed correctly the first time. I ended up talking to someone and was told there would be no discount as they fixed the toilet. I was told we were not being accused of breaking something and I asked why we wouldn’t be getting a discount for the inconvenience, since we weren’t being accused of breaking something. I was told these things happen and we should be happy they fixed it and he doesn’t’ understand what the problem was. I am not upset about the discount, that was more or less a way to see if there would be any apology or accountability for the job not being done right the first time. We were without a toilet for a week and it did end up leaking on the floor. The toilet is fixed and working fine, but I do not appreciate the way we were treated in the end.

Excellent business ! Called in the evening to report a possible sump pump malfunction; call was returned in the morning, and a serviceman was there by the early afternoon. The serviceman determined that the pump was indeed broken ( it was 35+ years old ! ), and promptly replaced it with a much smaller and quieter pump. Highly recommended.

Mike and his coworker arrived on time, fixed my plumbing problem quicker and cheaper than they thought and it works fine! No leaks! Very nice guys, would highly recommend!
