Early 2020, I contacted Birk plumbing for a pipe repair. The Service. Technician did an excellent job so I called and ask for my powder room to be checked out, I didn’t have hot water. The Tech returned around November 2020 and informed me, he needed to run a pipe and order a portable electric hot water heating unit. He had opened the ceiling in basement. This was okay because, he informed me it would be about one or two weeks return. Here, it is the end of August 2021, I have called every month since then waiting and frustrated at the service promises. wondering if the company will service me at all. Audrey, who, I talk to each time seem to be giving me the run around about the parts and service. She informs me the parts are slow coming in, I wonder! I have asked her to put me on the list for other plumbing repairs, each time she has said “I will call you back after reviewing the schedule for the week,” neither time has she retuned my call or placed me on the schedule. I probably should move on but, my ceiling was left open and I am a stickler for fairness. No plumber wants to work behind another and they should not have too. To me Birk Plumbing is perpetuating to be someone they are not, there are plenty of portable electrical hot water heaters in stock online, and what is the problem with Birk Plumbing servicing me. This is why I rate Birk Plumbing a two. Margaret B Earlier I wrote a steaming review of Birk Plumbing Inc., but I have to retract. Technician Paul, did an excellent job recently in completing the repairs. The pipping in the powder room was severely clogged Tech. Paul piped in copper pipping underneath the floor of the power room. I did not get the portable heater as describe in earlier post and I am glad. Also, I had a toilet installed and sink faucet. Thanks to Audrey for staying on top of my project and Tech. Chris, but a very special thanks goes out to Tech Paul. He is a great plumber. The company has old fashion courtesy with modern technology. I will request my plumbing services from Birk plumbing. I might have to wait awhile, but I will know my repairs will be done correctly. Therefore, I change my previous review rating from a 2 to a 5. They have an excellent plumbing service, experience you can’t beat! I am pleased. Thank you, Margaret B.

We needed new piping installed in basement ,connecting an upstairs radiator to the boiler. Birk sent a very nice guy named Chris for the project. He was supposed to arrive at 7am and he was there at exactly 7 am !!! I had to leave but by time I returned ,he had done the best job ever..plus he cleaned up after himself ,youd have never known he’d been there ! His work was impeccable ! I highly recommend folks to please call Birks if you have any plumbing problems. I forgot to mention ,my husband was shocked at how more than fair the cost of the job was too !!
