I represent a residential 501C3 in the Magic Valley and contracted with Roto Rooter to clear the main sewer line to the city system. The urgent nature of the work presented itself on a weekend and they immediately sent their technician to our location. KEAGAN was AMAZING! He educated us about the mixed materials used over the years, construction of the existing system, and set a clear & concise expectation of the process to remedy the situation, including the new materials that would be used. Really EXCELLENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! We’ve called Roto Rooter for estimates on two separate occasions. Once because our water bill was extremely high one month and we thought maybe the water/sprinkler lines were leaking. They told us they couldn’t tell if our main water line was leaking but told us our system was so old nothing will help and we most likely just need to replace our entire plumbing system. Quoted us over $15k. Turns out, we were just watering our grass double the time we thought we set the schedule for. We changed that and haven’t had an issue since! Second time, they were the subcontractor through another company who was doing our shower and bathroom remodel. They told us an issue with our old toilet (no flange and tee replacement) would cost $2500-$10000 to fix, depending on the option we chose!! We called another company (Evans Plumbing) and they showed up within two hours to fix it and only charged us $700. On top of that they told us the info Roto Rooter gave us about not having a water shut off valve inside and the lines needing replaced was a lie, as he found the shut off valve right away and the water lines “were in great condition for how old the house is”. We are first time homeowners but luckily we are pretty aware of how things work, and we did our own research before approving their ridiculous quotes. I hope they don’t take advantage of other homeowners the way they tried with us.

The Rotor rooter team did an amazing job on my sewer line replacement! They showed me everything that was going to need to be done,and walked me through the process. Everyone that worked on my house beginning to end had great customer service and integrity! I highly recommend.

Rotor Rooter is AMAZING. We had our sewage back up through our entire house due to bad plumbing from our builder. Our home was not even a year old. They helped us clear the blockage and reported on what they saw including pictures to help us get a builder’s warranty submitted. Unfortunately, our builder tried to get out of fixing it saying that everyone said the plumbing was fine even with rotor rooter and another plumbing company’s opinion, which was all a lie. Rotor Rooter went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping us get more evidence and create a concrete game plan to get our warrantied house fixed. Thank you Rotor Rooter! P.S. This was all through a holiday and they were so quick and responsive.

Markise and Nick out of Meridian were AMAZING. They hands down did a fantastic job on quite a large project. I was a little nervous about opening up the foundation in our house and concrete in the basement- and they exceeded my expectations with before, during and after clean up! HIGHLY recommend these two guys from Roto Rooter!

Quoted one price then the truck showed up a day early from a set appointment and I recieved a bill with over a 50% markup in price. Truck driver did not mention any thing to me about why the price was increased by over 50%
